Aloha New Install -- Aloha Manager Login

I just completed a fresh install of Aloha 6.4.39 with the IberCafe data. I opened Aloha Manager and it prompted me for a Username and Password does anyone know what this should be?

Need to drop in dbf files with employee and BOH security levels already setup from an existing database or access Aloha Manager with a dealer key.
