Are you getting any kind of errors? I've had this problem a few times. Sometimes it was as simple as giving everything a restart, and my most recent mishap was caused by a printer error caused by my BOH computer randomly selecting the wrong default printer. Check your wiring and make sure your router (if you have on at your site) is working properly.
