That depends. If you have the money, I LOVE Bit9. Stage it, make sure that it is PCI Compliant and all the extra stuff (ESPECIALLY the office suite) is uninstalled, and then lock the sucker down so no one can install anything on it. My company hasn't had a single reported case of a virus since switching to Bit9, and while it does suck for our customers that we have told them they MUST have a separate office computer, it's one of the few sure fire ways of keeping software that doesn't belong off.
Not to jump the topic to another topic, but we've had managers complaining about space with two computers, too!
Our solution was a Mac Mini with a KVM Switch. We picked the Mac Mini because its extremely small (fits on top of the desktop) and the KVM switch keeps them with one keyboard and mouse.
