Hello -
Am supporting a site running Aloha 5.3.31; when a user with manager level access logs in to a terminal, enters a table, and voids an item, the system does not prompt the manager to select a reason for the void.
Conversely, if a server is logged in and attempts to void an item, the system handles it properly - prompts for a manager authorization then shows the prompt to select void reason.
Any idea how to make this happen while the manager is logged in?
Thanks!
