Im trying to allow a couple of sets to redirect a non network call. I have changed the setting on each set to allow redirect, but when i try to enter the number i want to transfer to, it gives a message no free lines! Can someone please tell me what more i should do? Thanks

sounds like your trunks arnt programmed in a line pool either chg them or pick a actual line to do this i.e. line003

No, I have not made any routes. There is only one number i would like to be able to transfer the calls to. The sets that need to be able to perform this all belong in a line pool

Routing needs to be programmed along with allowing redirect in software.Doesn't matter who, what or where you want to ext transfer to..Routing is needed for this to be accomplished

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"
