Allowing Agents to reset Ignite password

Hey All, does the Ignite web client have the ability to offer an agent a "forgot password" option? We are not tied to AD so the forgotten passwords are becoming a big issue. Helpdesk having to call technicians all hours of the night. Most do not have full blown access to YSE, so another tech is woken up. Any help/ advice for user self-assist or limited access role for technicians to just reset employee passwords would be great! Thanks! 9.4.2.0
 
Sorry, there’s no such option.For this very reason, we have opted to use CloudLink for some of our customers who needed this feature.

Thanks for the reply, I was afraid of that. Unfortunately, we have more users than Cloudlink supports at this time. I hear Mitel is coming out with a more robust Cloudlink soon.
