Allow outgoing calls only

What cls will I need to allow an extention to deny incoming calls but allow outgoing only? Option 11 mini.

I don't know of a way in CLS, why don't you just assign the phone a non DID number, and then make sure the NCOS on the phone is high enough to access the trunks you would like it to.
