All the extns Ringing

Dear All,

Is there a possibilty in R 4.0 we have 5 extns in a group, group number is 520,

when call comes to 520, all the extns in that group ring simultaneously

how to enable this pls guide me

You need to Build a Call Coverage Answer group, and insert the 5 extension numbers, you can have up to 8. Note the Call Coverage Answer group number. Build a coverage path, and in the First Point of Coverage, insert C, plus the Call Coverage Answer Group number, (ie C27), then once you designate that Coverage Path number to a dial able number, all 5 phones in that Call Coverage Answer group will ring at the same time, first one to answer, will get the call.
