have the call pilot on auto att. and is timeing out to the recp. how do i turn it off so it just hangs up? or trans fer faster problem is(recp. voice mail reciving fast busy from people hanging up on auto attn.
Sounds like you may want to check and see if your lines
are set for disconnect supervision. Without disconnect
supervision the voicemail doesnt know when a person has
hung up so it will transfer the call to the operator or the
general delivery box if the operator is set as unavailable.
This will cause you to get reorder tone messages and beeping
in your operator mailbox as well as others.
