All page on portable phones

If you're referring to the DECT cordless phones, then no they can't. There is a workaround using the conference group feature. The downside is that the cordless phone has to be on auto answer, the cordless phones to receive the page need an available cell site channel open and the all page isn't simultaneous since it takes a few seconds to conference all phones in.
