One of our ARCserve servers is no longer displaying any jobs or job logs within ARCserve manager. In server admin it still listed 2 jobs in queue but in the manager I just get a blank page with "The job detail is not available" on the Job Detail page and "The job log is not available" on the Job Log page.

It lets me create jobs and it says successfully submitted but they don't appear in the queue. I've stopped the services, renamed the 00000001.QSD and LOG folders and restarted and also initialised the database but I still can't get the jobs to display.

Anyone got any ideas? I haven't restarted the server yet as I'd need to schedule the downtime for out-of-hours. The only other thing I've noticed is in the LOG folder the jobqueue.log file has some errors, many have occurred in the past though but the QSI.C ones seem new.

Hmm turns out this was user error ;) Basically the window split bar that divides the job summary from the detail had been dragged all the way to the top of the screen so dragging that back down revealed all the jobs again *doh* ;)
