All emails sent via our Exchange 2003 server are showing as bulk.
I don't know much about Exchnage but had tried to change the default SMTP server to our dedicated IP but still showing as bulk.
Can anyone offer any advice?

Where precisely are they showing as "bulk" ?

in the external recipient's email subject line

Is "All emails sent via our? Exchange 2003 server are showing as bulk" actually the case, or is it just all emails to a specific domain?

Can't say it is to all domains but certainly all so far, haven;t found any that are ok.

Have you checked to see if your domain is on any dns balaclists? - if so, get it delisted

Do you have a rDNS record set up for your domain, from your other post in this forum, it looks like a new install?

Then your subject line for this thread is misleading.

As Noveyron stated, you need to find out if your blacklisted, or your rDNS entry is bad, or your SPF records are bad, or maybe the other end has an issue.

Have you tried sending email to another account you can check, such as gmail or hotmail?

Don't know how to check if blacklisted or what rDNS is.

As for the subject being misleading, it is not. All emails we ar sending are going as bulk but then we are not sending to email to all domains.

Thanks for the tools, very useful.

The results were:
The blacklist tool checked against 124 and found 0.
The reverse DNS returned a success.

What do you get if you do as Pat suggests and send to hotmail/gmail, is it flagged?
