This is a two-part question.

1). I'm having an issue with all of my data showing up in the detail section. For some reason, only the first CaseName is appearing. I'm using Crystal 8.5 and getting my data from a stored procedure in Microsoft SQL Server. The data is being returned normally in SQL.

RH BeginDate, EndDate
GH1 Region
GH2a County
GH2b Column Headings
GH3 Worker
Da Column Headings
Db CaseName, Home, Mail, Phone, Office, Group

2). The second question I have involves the same data on the CaseName level. If I have one CaseName which has values for Home, Mail, Phone, etc., they manifest themselves as separate lines. How can I get all of the data for each CaseName to appear on only one line? I've tried moving this line of data to its own Group without any success.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give. I've been futzing with this thing off and on for several days with no luck whatsoever. I appreciate your assistance,

T.

You probably need to group on the case number, as you stated, but you need a formula to get the numbers..

What does the data coming in look like?

Thank you Lisa for your quick reply!

I've been able to finally take care of Part I of my question, so that is no longer an issue.

Here is what the data looks like in the Details B section:
Home Mail Phone Group Health
Anchondo, I 0 0 0 0 1
Anchondo, I 0 1 0 0 0
Anchondo, I 1 0 0 0 0

This is drill down info representing a subset of the Worker Group data.

Please let me know if you need more information or if anything is unclear.

Thanks so much,
T.

if you want 1 to show up where there is a one.. then create a max, or sum formula (summary) by a case group. right click, insert summary..

place summaries for all the groups in the group header or footer and then suppress the details.
