We installed a perferred system a couple weeks ago. The receptionist says when she does an all call (group paging to all the phones) & an incoming call comes in while she's paging, she gets cut off. It's like the system says an incoming call has priority over doing a group page. Have you ever heard of something like this? She does this alot because nobody is at their desk very much. So it's like she answers an incoming call, put it on park, does an all call, if another call comes in it cuts the all call off. We have two other exts. that recieve incoming calls, so it isn't like she's the only one that can answer the incoming calls. Could it be she has a teleworker profile? She has that & the Reception soft console, plus one x portal, so she can chat to othe users.
