make ANOTHER table.
Set height to 100%
Put your first table inside.
In ther property managerm set vertical settings of contents of FIRST table to middle.
Can do the same with horizontal settings.
Table positioning probably also best set to centre/middle(can't remember what it says in dm) rather than default int he property manager
