Alarm Monitoring

Looking into providing aoutomatic monitoring of the meridian alarms, bugs or whatever would be helpful to know right away when it happens, any suggestions . Will be pulling this via RS232 or ethernet (if possible). The Sentry will pull the inormation and log it or notify network center or on call tech. Looking at only major and minor bugs to monitor.

Help, is there anywhere a cheat sheet on bug codes or other alarms generated by Meridian.

Have 3 Opt 61C and 3 Opt 11 rel 25.4

the manual is A10818140. software input/output guide book 2 of 3, if you google nortel+merl, copies on line are out there. not really a cheat sheet, more like a cheat catalog. i mostly look at all errors. even minor errors (sch080), repeating can lead to an ini during heavy traffic. IMO this is a clean switch over a three hour period
