Alarm monitoring for CS1K

How do I display the alarms on a CS1K that are sent to the systems SEB or IPT proble for remote alarm monitoring?

If BUG is turned on then all alarms are sent to that tty port. Then the config in the SEB will determine whether to report it or not.
