Hello- curious on this one- My Meridian Opt. 61C is sending out AMH004 errors. I realize it is HSL synch. issue, but we are not using the link any longer (we have Symposium) and the alarm just started late in the evening. Should I just out the tty that HSL is on or disable the MSDL card? I am waiting to see if the switching of the cores during midnight routines will stop it, as it seems this started during last switch.. What do y'all think :>
Any help would be great-

your not using any aml? i would scpu to see what happens..

anytime i have anything that has been hardware removed and is still in the switch software.. i take it out..

prior to dis msdl.. map dch or map msdl to insure that is the only item on that card..

last unit on a card require dis msdl x all

HSL link was used with Meridian Max (the old statistic tool for ACD calls)
I guess it is still configured in the PBX. Look LD 22 PRT ADAN

out the hsl if you're not using it, the alarm will go away...

I agree either disable the HSL or remove it all together if it is defenitly not being used now or in the near future.

Thanks for the help everyone, I verified that the HSL was not in use and disabled the TTY. It appears the monitoring group turned it back on after it being down the 2 years I have been taking care of this switch.... Well on to my circuit upagrades and Call Pilot upgrade...

Thanks again,
