There is plenty of free stuff about, try searching on google But here's a couple to get you started http://www.pdc.kth.se/training/Tutor/Basics/overview/ also http://bhami.com/rosetta.html the above is a good way to compere unix comands between different *nix's and of course if you have a specific question just ask here.
