AIX Migration question

IBM offers a redbook on migrating from 4.3 to 5L. I haven't tried this, however, am considering it in the future for a few of my machines. I would recommend browsing this first ( put you're probably already done it).

You have a fair chance that everything will keep on working.
We have migrated a 6H1 from AIX 4.3.3 to 5.2, we use Tivoli for out backups, and everything kept working just fine.
