AIW Capture Problem

Hi! Im trying to capture a DivX AVi file using VirtualDub 1.5.1 using my A-I-W 9700 pro, but when the video is captured, I get these weird scan lines throughout the whole picture when there is a lot of movement. The corners are really edgy. I don't see any pixels, its just these edgy horizontal lines. It doens't matter what codecs I use, no compression - same effect.
It doens't drop any frames, everything is great!
Any ideas?
