I am about to sit my First Avaya cert, I have done Comptia and Cisco first Avaya, any tips. ( is the exam technical know how or theory know how.)

I did a Global Knowledge Avaya one week course and I could of sworn they said the exam is an open book test. Can someone confirm this.

Well, its online in the comfort of your own home. Not proctored like ACSS you have to go to pearsonvue and get strip searched before writing it
