Agents not appearing in Meridian Terminal Emulator after power loss

I was left with a Nortel Option 81C. I have had a bit of informal instruction/training, but I'm far from an expert.

We recently had a power loss that fried one of our cards and brought an entire Superloop down. Corporate brought out a replacement card, and everything came up and works correctly.

Everything except Meridian Terminal Emulator. Every agent that was wired to that loop (25% of our agents) are not visible in MTE. Their position ID doesn't show in spares or anything. Their stats are pulling when we run custom ACD reports, but don't reflect anywhere else.

I have tried disabling and re-enabling them and there is no change. The only thing that makes them re-appear in MTE is to out the phone and rebuild it. Nightly routines have run (it's been over 24 hours at this point) and they have not re-appeared.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I rebuild 100+ phones and kill my weekend?

You could reboot the meridian MAX or the PBX to see if this will clear the trouble. Sounds as if some data was corrupted from the faulty card. If you are still getting reports on those agents the data is there. Have you tried closing MTE and reopening it?

We have restarted MTE on the client computers and have had no change. As far as I know MTE is just a program that interfaces with the switch software.

We're trying not to reboot MAX or the PBX... we've had bad experiences with that in the past (it not coming up mainly). My boss would rather have me redo all the phones before we rebooted it. Thanks for your help though.
