Agents ID not showing in CDR for outbound calls

I have set up CDR and all is working. INcluding outbound calls from normal extensions. However, when agents log on and make the calls, I get some weird numbers and not sure why. On system CDR, i have set "y" for agent in bound and outbound. Have I missed anything else. They don't usse authorization codes either. Thanks
