thanks in advance for the help!

Just recently added a call center group to one of my locations (6.2 environment). everything is all set and working great until an agent that is logged in attempts to make an outbound call. they get waived off and i see denial event 1732 when i do a call trace.

everyone at this particular location has either COR 5 (local and LD calling access) or COR 6 (international). no other changes were made to system configs that i can think would prevent calls from going out.

Here is page 1 or COR 5:

COR Number: 5
COR Description: local LD

FRL: 1 APLT? y
Can Be Service Observed? n Calling Party Restriction: none
Can Be A Service Observer? n Called Party Restriction: none
Time of Day Chart: 1 Forced Entry of Account Codes? n
Priority Queuing? n Direct Agent Calling? n
Restriction Override: none Facility Access Trunk Test? n
Restricted Call List? n Can Change Coverage? n

Access to MCT? y Fully Restricted Service? n
Group II Category For MFC: 7 Hear VDN of Origin Annc.? n
Send ANI for MFE? n Add/Remove Agent Skills? n
MF ANI Prefix: Automatic Charge Display? n
Hear System Music on Hold? y PASTE (Display PBX Data on Phone)? n
Can Be Picked Up By Directed Call Pickup? n
Can Use Directed Call Pickup? n
Group Controlled Restriction: inactive

These were all existing phones that had the ability to call out previously. the only thing that changes was they now have ACD features and agents log into them now.
What am i missing because i dont see the restriction on the COR that would prevent the agent from making an outbound call.

Check the COR on the Agent ID. That will override the Station COR when they login.

i was just about to update the post that i was looking at the COR config. it was the agent-ID COR setting.
