Depends on the system and on how many Supervisors will be running reports
Rule of thumb
Ultra5 = 40 Agents traced
SB100/150 = 80 Agents traced
E3500 = 400 possible but on later versions of CMS 250 Agents traced due to overheads
V880/V890 = 400 Agents traced
As for reports being run keep this in mind based on the rule of thumb.
