Agent status changes when add/removing skill

Hi

Has anybody seen the following happen?

When adding or removing skills to an agent ID using CMS R14 the agent status changes.

i.e. Agent in available state, a skill gets added, agent status changes to Aux randomly.

This only started happening yesterday and no changes were made to my system.

Any ideas please??
 
If you change a skill, the system can't actively do the change until the agent state is changed. The agent has to do this; I've never heard of CMS doing this itself.


[Started on Version 3 software 15 years a go]
 
thanks for the response...but this only started happening yesterday...and we have been running for 5 years now...??? Also this only happens to random users...Im puzzled....
