agent query and channel query

How can I run a agent query instead of a channel query? I dont't get any data with a agent query???

In the "new query properties" box do you have a "Agents tab"?

if not check your permissions in Administrator.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

If you have agents selected in the query, and you get no information, check the CTI feed. Make sure you are getting the information. The Agent query is against the CLS database, and the channel query is against the logger.
