Agent login-ID which can not log-out

Hi;

That is very foolish problem but my customer very interested in this. One of agent log-in IDs can not log-out.
I have tried everything such as remove st, remove agent log-id ( but it is in use , it can not remove ) And, importance of these , it is always in available mode and calls go to it. How can i fix this problem ? Do you have any idea ?

Have you tried busy station for the station they are logged in to?
 
yes i have busied out and test st and test port but it still in log-in mode

Make sure the agent is still a member of the hunt group they cannot log out of, make sure they have the aux button for that hunt group on there station form. Then dial the feature access code to log out and that hunt group ie.
602 02 for hunt 2 if 602 is the Logout Access Code. You may have tried it already but it worth a shot.

this agent is not in hunt group when i look with list members hunt group command. Only , after list agent command , i saw that there is an extension number in station column and it is still log-in mode on telephone
screen. it is very diffucult problem but i have to solve this matter.
 
If you have any idea what hunt group that ext is still showing as logged in, add that extension to the hunt group, make sure they have an aux button for that hunt group then have that extension log out of the hunt group.

status station should show the skill it's logged into. -CL
 
Is the person on an auto-available skill? You might want to check to see if the skill/hunt is an auto-available one. That might cause the problem.
