After job completes, it waits for user to hit OK on alert

After switching to new tape drive, When job completes it has and alert saying that tape is done, after you hit OK it completes the job. Where do go to set actions on certain alerts.

Tool - Alert Catagories or Configure alert catagories - depending on which version of BE. You can set it to automatcally respond

I have a similiar problem but in exporting. Every time when i export tapes, 15 at a time, it will prompt to remove the media and until i click OK it will not continue to export the second tape, the 2nd tape out of that 15 tapes.

I've called Veritas and Spectra Logic to resolve this problem. They've recommended me to configure alert catagories, but it didn't work, then they asked me to just leave the alert alone and just let it clear after 3mins (it suppose to automatically respond with OK after 3 minutes.) But it didn't work either.
