Greetings!
Currently, our attendant pushes a button and the after-hours greeting takes place. The greeting directs callers to specific extensions for certain departments.
I'm now being asked if it's possible to have one of those department extensions be changed just for the weekend, but not during the week.
Is there a way to schedule the after-hours greeting to be different for different days?
Failing that, what would my best course of action be?
Sorry for the non-specific and sort of open-ended quetion. Unfortunately, I'm a lone tech guy for several sites, all with different systems, and since the phone systems are reliable and stable, they have the least amount of my time devoted to them, which means that I'm not as knowledgeable about them as I would like, and I have to re-learn them after every 8-10 months of not being involved with them.
