you will need root access to the machine and then you can do the below from the linux shell.
use dateconfig file to set NTP server address:
"dateconfig
Allows you to set the following:
● Date
● Time
● Time zone
● NTP server IP address
Located in /opt/mvap/bin
! WARNING:
WARNING: Changing any of the dateconfig settings on a live AE Server can bring down a
CTI link "

ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

Hi..
Thanks for the reply..
When i do a "dateconfig" or "netconfig" thru sroot login.. i dont get any output. I get an error " file cannot be found". Ideally the AES should take the time from CDOM. Even after rebooting the CDOM the time does not synch with AES.
