AES Links - Not working

Dear Friends,

We have AES server & created 3 Links to communicate.

Link 1 - for CM - IP 192.XXX.X.XX
Link 2- For Voice Recorder - IP 192.XXX.X.XX
Link 3 - Multimedia Application - IP 192.XXX.X.XX

Link 1 is showing UP & i can see the packet transaction

Other 2 Links are showing down,

Pls can anyone give me some idea to sort this out
