Hello,
i have several questions about AES and Communication Manager.

1. How can obtain information about de diferences between Advanced and enhanced licenses?
2. I need verify if my TSAPI 1.3 software is compatible with the AES-CM3?
3. Is possible obtain the AES-CM Simulator free?

Thanks

dmb,

1. there are no enhanced aes licenses so there is no difference. :) aes licensing is pretty complicated and hard to understand but basically there are five kinds of licenses: dlg (per link), cvlan (also per link), cmapi (per port) and tsapi/jtapi, basic and advanced. basic tsapi allows third-party call control (analogous to asai core), advanced tsapi allows adjunct routing, switch-classified calls and selective listening (analogous to asai plus + cti stations + phantom calls).
2. no need to verify this because there were no changes to the actual cti server code, it was just ported to linux and renamed to aes. :)
3. i don't know if cm-aes simulator exists but you can buy sdk for $4000, its part number is 194546. me, i don't see any reason to do this.

Hello dwalin,
thank you for your answer.
