Hello every one

And here is my first visit after registering on the forum.

I just started to install and configure avaya Ip office 500 v2 via Manager 9, so I'm a beginner.

I wish I had advice from every person that work with the avaya IP Office.

Anyone here will tell you to get some training.

Also, get an Avaya SSO login (registration isnt too hard) and log into Avaya IPO KB

Also, pressing F1 in manager will also give you plenty of help and examples.

If you like you hair and don't want to spend a lot of time pulling it out, never install an IPO in Basic mode. The essential license is worth the money.
Also, this is not a key system, don't try to use it like one.
Test everything, you never know what the latest 'feature' Avaya has added, and it is better to bang your head in your office, rather than in front of the customer.
