Ok so I'll be doing 3 of my computers at work from 10.2.8 to 10.3 from the box. Any advice for me to be prepared for? I'll be doing this on Saturday so please let me know.
Thanks everybody.
The average user can easily update their system without any trouble. I backed up my entire 10.2 system with Carbon Copy Cloner to be safe - - but the 10.3 upgrade went effortlessly (less than an hour). All of my system & server settings (even oddball hacks) were retained. You may want to visit apple.com to manually download the most recent updates (10.3.2) so you do not need to download them 3 times through software update.

For what it is worth I have found that a clean install provides better performance and fewer problems. Having upgraded about 5 machines recently I can honestly say that they have now been wiped and fresh installed.
Not a lot of fun but there were just some wierd niggles that appeared after up grading. Generaly the problems were to do with printing and networking also some of the older machines were a lot quicker after clean install.
