I would partecipate to the ava00484h workshop (advanced application like vmpro, conferencing, etc) but I would like te have a look at manual before. I know it's a pdf or a ppt, could anybody tell me where I can download it, please ?

i have the paper manual about 200 pages long. It's a good course to get your feet wet but it is really geared toward basic installs

Manula is part of an instructor ACI kit and he is advised not to provide the manaul in electronic version. This is to stop persons copying the manaul and providing non avaya cert training. May I suggest that you look at the Avaya-learning website or one of the external training centres who give you details of the course content.

Avaya run them at Welwyn every now and again. One of our engineers went last October. Crane Telecom run them regularly.

I though they provide not only papermade manuals....

Avaya next one is in Australia, a little bit far away Russia... and then in US but in june

Is my only chance to ask to authorized distributors ?
