How to connect 2 Adsl router in a same office. IS it Possible. If Yes then how to configuire it.Because both will different IP addresses.

We have:

1 Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000.
1 Novell Server 5.x.
1 Fax Server.WIN 98SE
1 Web Server. WINDOWS NT 4.0 SP6
6 workstation WIN98.WINXP.WIN2000
All connected to Netgear FV318.

At the moment the only reason we want to have have the 2nd ADSL connection is when we send out bulk email from exchange server the internet get extremely slow and then we have to start deleting the email to get the Network going at a normal speed.
We did get the choice from the our ISP to increase the BANDWITH but thats very very expensive. So we have decided to go with a second ISP.

Yeah... Just add another on, and setup your Exchange server to use the new DSL router's IP address as it's default gateway.

Should I put the LAN cable from the New router to the main hub for the LAN. Is it correct.

This is the the new Configuration:

1) NEW ADSL ROUTER & MODEM TO HUB 4

2) OLD ADSL ROUTER TO HUB 4

3) MODEM TO ADSL ROUTER 2

4) HUB TO ALL WORKSTATION & SERVER

How to deal with the change of IP addresses at the moment we have a 192.168.0.x address on the LAN and the new ADSL Router modem will give address like 192.168.1.x. How will the workstation deal with this 2 different segment of IP addresses. Please explain.

Yes... That will work fine.

The LAN side of router1 will have IP 192.168.0.1 and
the LAN side of router2 will have IP 192.168.0.2.

Set all computers to have 192.168.0.1 as their default route.
Set the Exchange server to have 192.168.0.2 as it's default route.

Obviously change the 192.168.0.1 & 2 with their correct IP that you have setup already.

Does it make any difference if I keep the OLD router 2 as 192.168.0.1 and give the New one as 192.168.0.2. Because old is already configuired as 192.168.0.1.
