ADOX 2.7 dll

I upgraded Office 2000 Professional to Off Proff 2003, installed XP SP3 and still can't see the ADOX 2.7 DLL's in my library menu. How can I fix this problem?

By XP SP3 I meant Office XP SP3. For all those who need the solution to this DLL issue, they can download MDAC_TYP.exe from Microsoft which contains ADOX 2.8
