Link to externall dll functions

How do you attach external dll functions to MS Access 2003. We have a dll function written by a third party vendor that defines a calendar that excludes night, weekends and holidays. We want to use this in our date calculations to only use workday hours.

It may be possible to add a reference to the dll using Tools->References from a code window.
