Hello,
We have a 19 server Citrix evenironment running Windows 2000 and MF 1.8.
Since moving to 2000 from NT4, we have not been able to print from Adobe documents. What is happening is that the document is instead printing to the users home directory with a filename that matches the IP Port on the printer (its IP address).
When the user clicks print, everything is normal (print to file IS NOT selected), the print dialog box comes up and it says that the data is being sent to the printer, but is not. The above happens.
I've seen the same error posted on a couple sites, but with no resolution. Can anyone help?
