What worked for me in a recent case:
. upgraded Adobe Reader 6.0 to 6.0.1
. upgraded Adobe Reader 6.0.1 to 6.0.2
There is at the moment no direct 6.0 --> 6.0.2 upgrade path.
Be very careful in selecting the right upgrade versions.
It is slightly confusing.
