Adobe Acrobat Security question

I am trying to secure some documents that I want to publish to my web site. Using Acrobat 5.0 I am able to prevent changes, cutting, copying, printing all except "save as". I cant find a setting that prevents saving. I know there must be one as I have seen it in pdf s I have received.
Any user out there got the answer? (I mean "user" in the nicest sense)
