I installed administrative tools using group policy on two of the computers. Installed successfully but when I try to open it I get below error.

The directory schema is not accessible becuase an invalid pathname was passed. For this reason the new menu may be inaccurate and extension snap may not work correctly.

only One dns server listed on that computer.
AD users and computer finally opened but I cannot see any thing just blank

That's pretty strange. What about running AD Users and Computers from the console of the DC itself?

I still think you might want to consider abandoning your current setup and starting over, if at all possible. If you have this many problems now, you won't want to use this new domain in production...

it works fine from DC. you think there was some problem installing adminpak using group policy.

Not really, but you can reinstall it anyway. Is the DNS setup on the admin workstation the same as on the domain controller? And it's joined to the 2003 domain, same name and DNS suffix?
