Administrator / User Windows 2000 Professional

I am trying to run a application that I using Windows 2000 Professional.

My company has windows 2000 pro and becasue of the rights issues that they have you can't load software without an administrators login and password. O.k, so I got that.
I loaded fine.
But after I logged in as myself the application didn't work.

I may be vague but that is basically what happend.
any suggestions...

what kind of application?... You need to include your name under administrator group on the machine you are working on.

This will fix the problem... Make sure that you do this on the local machine and not on the server...

 
You tried to install the software but did't have admin rights.. is this correct? It could of not registerd with the registry and this is why your receivign the errors Josh McMahon

Run the program 1st under the admin account.

Are you a member of the admin group?

If not due to security, see if your administrator will grant you local admin rights.....

when you log onto your machine make sure you are logging on as administrator locally, then

Make yourself an administrator... start settings control panel users.. advanced.. add yourself to the administrators group..
