I need to log in as a local administrator on NT4 workstation but the specific computer is configured to log in to Domain on an NT4 server.
I can log as an administrator to the server but I don't have administrator access on the local workstation.
As an example: I need to install external zip drive on the workstation but I can only do it if I log in as local administrator ?
How should I log in local ?
or how can I add local administrator group to the domain administrator ?

You have to do the opposite. Use the workstations User Manager and add the Global Domain Admins group to the local Administrators group.

If everything seems to be going well: you don't have enough information.......

I believe at the log in box, you can choose whether you're loggin into the domain or the local box.
