Admin User Deleted

I have a small NW 4.11 training server isolated on its own LAN. While cleaning up the old practice objects and folders for my next group of trainees, I deleleted the admin user object.

Is there a way to retrieve the object without having to reinstall the OS? Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
