Is it possible for me to run the Windows 2000 Admin Pack on a 2000 pro computer and use it to manage properties on a NT Workstation or server?

Admin Pack and Windows NT

Not really.
You can however use the Computer Management MMC to manage an NT machine.
Just right click where it says Computer Management (Local) at top of screen and select Connect to another computer.
I think you can manage NT WINS and DNS servers after installing admin pack as well.
