I can still access my computer but my original account has been changed to administrator.bak and I can't access it.I tried rennmaing it and that didn't work..Any help would be appreciated.

I encourage you to add a new service from Microsoft: the Hive cleanup service. I can only offer anecdotal evidence that it cuts down substantially on corrupt profiles:
