We have a CM3 s8710 solution whereby we use CTI links to Genesys call centre. Currently we use ASAIP as the cti link and all works but Avaya have said we should use ADJ-IP as we are using adjunct links on the vector. Can someone let me know the difference.

Hello,

I have setup Avaya CM with Genesys several times and the link type should be ASAI-IP. ADJ-IP is for connectivity to Avaya CTI applications only.

(Tell Avaya there is no "asai-routing link" in vector steps so you use "adjunct-routing link" for both ASAI-IP and ADJ-IP links.)

Petran.
